COLIN T. GREENE is a founder and principal of Hanlon & Greene, a Professional Corporation. Mr. Greene has practiced general litigation since his admission to the California State Bar in 1993, including litigating numerous immigration matters before the United States District Courts in California and the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. As a result of that litigation, in April 1999, Mr. Greene was invited by the United States Attorney's Office to co-lecture the Los Angeles County Bar Association on litigating against the INS.

In addition to federal litigation for immigrants, Mr. Greene's litigation and trial experience includes business and commercial law, construction defects, family law, probate, real property, landlord-tenant, personal injury, criminal law, bankruptcy and enforcement of judgments and debts.

Mr. Greene earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in History from the UCLA in 1989, having the distinction of the Dean's Honor List, and graduated from Loyola Law School in Los Angeles in 1993. He is a member of the Federal Bar Association, the Los Angeles County Bar Association Immigration Section, and the Pasadena Bar Association Family Law Section.
